• Pricing is straightforward: a single commercial install is typically $900 per site; 3+ sites are usually $750 per site. Any travel/complexity fees are quoted up front—no surprises.

• A standardized checklist: line-of-sight, mount selection & wind rating, power/grounding, cable paths (sealed, strain-relieved, drip loops), and Wi-Fi design (AP sizing, point-to-point for yards/outbuildings). We end with measured performance + photos handed off.

• Yes. With a nationwide network, we coordinate parallel crews, keep documentation consistent, and work around your operating hours so locations stay open. We can integrate Starlink with fiber/SD-WAN for resiliency and use point-to-point bridges where needed.

• Field techs carry ≥$1M liability insurance. Installs follow documented methods and include a one-year workmanship guarantee.

• You get 90 days of business-hours support after install. For 24/7/365 coverage, add KVH account management + support ($19/location/mo) with advance-exchange replacements and consolidated billing across sites.

• Typical equipment delivery is typically within ~3-7 days; 2-day expedited available where supported. We can pre-configure to shorten on-site time. Activation is live 24/7/365 via KVH—you choose when to turn up service (it’s not auto-activated after shipment).

• We’re independent installers (not SpaceX/Starlink). We are official partners and authorized resellers of KVH equipment. KVH industries fulfills equipment and provides optional support plans; installation services are available with or without KVH.
